I undertake to protect and respect your privacy in accordance with the current rules on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. This Policy explains when and why I collect personal information, how I use it, or conditions under which I can tell others.

Purpose of processing of personal data

The personal data I collect under your consent will be used for the purpose of:

- Operation of e-shop website www.cz-spare.parts;

- Your orders processing – including delivery, returns and customs procedures if needed;

- Your payments processing – including refunds;

- Your questions, complaints and warranty processing;

- Sending newsletters - Customers who opt-in to receiving marketing emails will only receive emails regarding specific products we offer here, including offering new products, sending how to use information, legal information, describing e-shop functions, expert and social themes.

Scope of processing of personal data

  • I gather personal information in the scope of name, address, district or country, phone number and e-mail, respectively another contact you give me.
  • In order to meet the requirements of Czech laws, we find out if you are over 18 years old.
  • If I have to process any special categories of personal information, such as personal document ID’s you gave me, I will safely delete it without delay upon end of such processing.

Time of retention of personal data

I keep personal information as long as I think it is necessary to meet the purpose for which it was collected, taking into account the need to respond to your complaints and resolve possible complaints. This means that I can keep your personal information within a reasonable period of time after your last interaction with me. When personal data I process is no longer needed, I will remove it in a safe way. I can process the data for statistical purposes but in such cases the data will be anonymized.

You have the right to request me as a Data Provider, respectively any Data Processor, to access personal data concerning you, as the person concerned, the right to rectify or erase or restrict the processing, or to oppose the processing. We provide customers with information about their personal information only after sufficient verification of their identity, for which the customer password is primarily used. If there is a lack of customer password, there are documented alternative procedures to reliably verify the interviewer.
